Chef Gina, you are truly remarkable! You made our stay incredible!! Your beautiful lemon and floral displays, the most spectacular avocado toast on the planet, the fish, salads, hors d’oeuvres, desserts - Everything was absolute perfection!! Malibu Seaside Chef, Gina Clarke and her crew are magicians with food!! I am so grateful I chose the Malibu Seaside Chef for my birthday party!!! From the appetizers, salad, the main course and desert my guests were raving to me about the food!!! Not only is her menu one to love but the presentation was like a very high end restaurant! It was amazing from beginning to end! Gina is so easy to work with she listened closely to everything I envisioned my party to be. In fact so much so we’ve booked her for 2 more parties we’ve planned!!! Thank you Thank you Gina Clarke!! I would without a doubt highly recommend Malibu Seaside Chef for any occasion!!!

Chef Gina was amazing, and her culinary creations were incredible. The cuisine was unique and made our day the best. We enjoyed every bite of her food. The flavors were out of this world, and the presentation was outstanding. Chef Gina is a true artist.
